Savannah is a dedicated veterinary assistant at River's Edge with four years of experience in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Farmingdale State College with an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Zoology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. She is currently pursuing studies in Veterinary Technology at San Juan College. Her comprehensive academic background and practical experience make her an invaluable asset to the River's Edge team.
In October 2023, Savannah married her husband Leif, celebrating five years together. They share their home with two whippets, Hazel and Groot, who are brother and sister. In her downtime, Savannah enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and watching reality shows or K-dramas. Her blend of professional expertise and personal interests reflects her balanced and vibrant approach to life.

Katy M.
Katy joined River's Edge in the spring of 2024 and is currently studying for an Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology at Penn Foster. She's been married to her husband Michael for seven years, and they have two kids: Shepherd, age 4, and Willow, age 7.
Katy's love for animals is reflected in her family of pets: three dogs—Tank, a 6-year-old Labradoodle; Chica, a 9-year-old Aussie/Border Collie mix; and Riker, a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees. She also has a 17-year-old ex-racehorse named Sundance and two barn cats, Ember and Remmy.
When she's not working, Katy enjoys riding horses, writing and singing music, and reading. Her passion for animals and warm approach make her a wonderful addition to the River's Edge team.

Valley is a dedicated veterinary assistant with a strong passion for animal care, especially in emergency medicine. Born in Sarasota and raised in Rock Hill, Valley has also spent time living and working in Savannah, Hilton Head, and Greenville—each place further deepening their love and commitment to veterinary medicine.
Valley began their career in vet med in 2018, driven by a lifelong love of animals and a desire to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Outside of work, Valley enjoys lifting weights, exploring the outdoors, and playing video games. They live with their husband, Jacob, whom they married in 2024, and their young son, Dorian. Their home is full of furry family members as well, including their pittie mix, Maggot, and three beloved cats: Mildew, Azula, and Iroh.
Valley brings both heart and experience to their role, and is proud to provide exceptional care to every animal they me.

Karyssa B.
Karyssa started her career in pet care managing dog daycares and boarding facilities. Originally from New Hampshire, she landed in Rock Hill in 2024. She has a passion for animal care, but can also be found binge watching anime, playing video games, or dancing. She has a tuxedo cat named Sabbath and a Dutch Shepherd mix named Goku she can often be found sneaking naps with.

My Name is Katie, I have been working in vet medicine as a receptionist and tech for 6 years in August. I am married and have 2 cats of my own, but large breed dogs are my favorite while nervous dogs are my specialty. I have a massive record collection at home and you can catch me at a concert, watching football(Go Broncos!) or reading the next best thing.
